Gutterball McCain

I've been thinking more on McCain's desperate attempts to smear/fear his way into the White House. And the more I think on this the more I imagine that my friends and relatives who are decent conservatives must be simply mortified and embarrassed by the McCain tactics. They'll go into the voting booths and pull the lever for McCain for honorable reasons; but they'll be doing so in the full knowledge that McCain's victory, if he gets it, is wrapped up not in the honorable reasons, but in the dishonorable ones. And they'll have to live with themselves if that comes to pass. Feh!
