The Economic Impact of Legalizing the Undocumented

What many anti-illegal immigrant, but supposedly free-market conservatives don't want you to know:

The overall positive impact for U.S. households of legalizing these workers over ten years would be “1.27 percent of GDP or $180 billion."

And that's not even getting into the intangible benefits to our national security by bringing folks in from the shadows, not to mention the moral standing that comes with treating these hard working people with the dignity they deserve.
