Maybe they would have expereienced a greater benefit had the program been managed under a more localized control strucure, such as through a state or municipal entity. And of course, perhaps if our federal government existed on a much smaller(and more Constitutional) scale, the amount of money and enterprise that would be returned to the economy would these benefits much less necessary. <br /><br />That's not to mention the many thankful individuals who recieved federal benefits but simply did not deserve them under any circumstances.Ericnoreply@blogger.com
